+ Achive targeted service level (order fulfillment) though: monitoring and correcting of purchase orders, maintaining respective master data and SS levels, communicating with Regional SC partners on supply issues

+ Provide accurate weekly BO recovery comments


+ Achive targeted Inventory Health scores, Inventory levels and SOGL targets through: managing PIPO activities, analising excess /slow moving/expiring inventory and executing corrective actions (coordinating sell out activities with Sales and Marketing teams, initiating export, adjusting SS targets et ctr)

+ Executing regular and timely scrap for non-conform inventory

+ Agreeing DEMO pull with Sales and Mareting colleagues


+ Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, key events, new product launches.

+ Support Medical device registration process: ordering samples, stock movements

+ Support stock counts/write-offs for non-WH locations

+ Develop and support a number of SC reports (ABC, masterdata, Backorders, Stock, others)

+ Support improvememtn projects within the SC team

**Must Haves** :

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum 2 years of work experience in supply chain

+ Good level of English skills (both written and spoken)

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Strong analytical skills

**Nice to Haves:**

+ Prior experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company

+ SAP/ APO experience


+ Profound IT-user (Outlook, Word, etc.)

+ To be customer-focused

+ Self-organized and structured approach

+ Result oriented

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Focus on continuous learning

+ Ability to work in a multinational environment and culture

+ Team player

+ Stress resistant
