Requirements

• 8 years of experience designing, building, or repairing complex process automation equipment

• 3 years of project management or team leadership experience

• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment

• Hands-on experience working with electrical and mechanical systems

• In-depth knowledge of control systems, hardware design, machine vision, networking, and motion controls

• Advanced proficiency in programming industrial equipment

• Ability to read and troubleshoot programming logic

• Successful technical leadership on automation projects

• Ability to meet commitment dates for long-term projects and manage multiple priorities

• Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCad and Solidworks

• Deep understanding of schematic drawings for electrical and mechanical systems

• Understanding of machine communication and standard industrial network protocols

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for reaching various levels within site organization

• Ability to move and/or lift 30 pounds

• Occasional bending, leaning, and kneeling to access machinery and electrical panels and occasional overhead work

• Capable of occasional use of fixed and portable ladders
