**A Day in the Life**


An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Enterprise Partnerships division based in the Sydney head office. As a Senior Strategic Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with three of our key Business Units (Cardiac Vascular Group, Minimally Invasive Therapies Group and Restorative Therapies Group) to drive portfolio management strategy by facilitating access and accelerating business growth within the private hospital sector. You will be accountable for the management of enterprise accounts and building on the executive relationships with two of the largest private hospital groups.


This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Partnerships.


**Key responsibilities include:**


+ Develops and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

+ Develops and drive appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Business Units to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners.

+ Understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.

+ Develops, communicates and implements business plans to achieve strategic target business results.

+ Identifies and develops ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts.


**Must Have:**


+ A Bachelors degree, as a minimum qualification

+ At least 7 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and management experience

+ Proven experience in enterprise account management or corporate accounts with in depth knowledge of commercial contracts

+ Demonstrated success in leading a sales function

+ Experience within the medical devices, med tech, pharmaceutical and/or IT healthcare industries

+ Proven experience influencing senior/ C-Suite level stakeholders

+ Strategic mindset with strong business acumen

+ Experience working in a highly complex, matrix organisation

+ Agile approach; be adaptable to change and comfortable dealing with ambiguity


**Desirable:**


+ Corporate accounts background gained from international work experience
