**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position
where you will have the following responsabilities:

+ The Program Manager based in Caesarea will be responsibleto manage RPM projects. This position requires leadership of cross functionalteams in a multi-site organization, maintaining of cutting edge products usedin the medical field. The ProjectManager is responsible for the planning, scheduling and execution of projectsthat occur within the framework of FDA Quality System Regulations and under FDADesign Controls. Responsibilities may include the following and otherduties may be assigned.Leads and supports cross functional teams to execute technicalprojects focused on ongoing lifecycle management of products.

+ Responsible for project planning and execution to ensuretimely completion of tasks, in compliance to the Product Development Processand overall Quality Management System.

+ Overseeing multiple projects and their dependencies

+ Responsible for project risks identification and provide mitigations.

+ Interfaces with all functional areas affected by theproject including RD, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, andas needed end users, distributors, and suppliers.

+ Manages and reports on project status and budgets;manages schedules and prepares status reports (written and verbal) for PMO,Site Leadership and Executive Management updates.

+ Communicates and engages with stakeholders to ensuresuccessful delivery of the project in alignment with all stakeholder needs andexpectations.

+ Monitors the effectiveness and performance of the projectand project team and facilitates the development of contingency plans andproposes corrective actions as required.

+ Recommends and executes on selected PMO processimprovements under guidance of PMO team to ensure continued maturing of thesite PM capabilities.

+ Drives PMO resource planning and alignment processesincluding maintenance of the sites resource planning database, PDWare, togather, analyze and report out the project resource demand and capacity data.

+ Performs duties in compliance with environmental, healthand safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.

Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical\Electricl\Bio-Medical Engineering or Science
related field

- 5+ years of experience withmulti-disciplinar
projects management

- Knowledge
of MS Project and MS Office

-Ability to operate and be effective in a matrix organizational structure

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities

to Have experience:

- Knowledge of relevant medical device industry standards: ISO13485,
EN14971, EN62340, EN60601

- Experience in development and sustaining of medical devices/capital equipment

- Experience with project resource management tools (e.g. PDWARE)

- Quality System experience in a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices,

- CAPM, PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification.
