Primary Objective of Position

The Professional Services Executive (PSE) ensures that the AlinIQ sales goal for the given territory is met or exceeded; by working directly with the CoreLab Sales Organization (Enterprise and Customer Experience Team), enabling them to provide intelligent insights and collaboratively develop customized solutions utilizing our AlinIQ  Portfolio to our clients.

Major Accountabilities

  • Management of pipeline and roll-up of regional numbers to provide a consistent forecast on AlinIQ to meet the plan and to align with CoE and ICC team for resource allocation to ensure revenue recognition as forecasted.
  • Consistently and accurately forecasts sales and drives the organization through a management cadence to deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual commitments.
  • Create strong territory plans in alignment with CoreLab team to achieve the AlinIQ sales quota; and share best practices with CoreLab Sales team to help drive a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure the CoreLab team has the proper tools and knowledge to, position, scope and negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments and grow the base, closely facilitates process steps to ensure exceptional satisfaction (conduct informatics products demonstrations, engage appropriate subject matter expertise, set up statements of work, etc.).
  • Actively align efforts with internal stakeholders to include MD, CE Directors, Enterprise Directors, and CoE IT Lead. Ensuring close alignment with the CoreLab team.
  • Actively engage and support CoreLab Team in their top opportunities through field travel and direct client interaction.
  • To continuously support CoreLab Team in targeting the right clients with the right solution: understand in the territory/market performance KPIs and client strategies to drive conversations that demonstrate how the application of our Solutions and services in/outside of the lab and across the broader healthcare space can improve performance KPIs and strategies.
  • Be knowledgeable about industry trends, changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment.
  • Travel requirements of a minimum of 50% of the time required.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences, IT or medical technology is preferred
    • Language requirements:
    • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is preferred

      • Minimum 4 years’ Experience with building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts.
      • Understand IT technology within hospital and laboratory environment
      • Strong understanding on how technology drives value in the broader healthcare and laboratory space.
      • IT functional expertise, IT product and industry knowledge in Healthcare and/or Laboratory Medicine preferred.
      • Good relationship building skills with excellent consulting skills
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
      • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams
